Reception / Customer Assistant

Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is looking for a Reception / Customer Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

This is a varied role working within student accommodation, combining administration and reception duties with helping to prepare rooms and facilities ahead of students arriving for the new term.

Location: Norwich, NR1
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm plus Saturday 12th September
Contract: Temporary, full-time

The role includes:

Welcoming residents and visitors

Supporting check-ins and check-outs

Handling queries and reception duties

Basic administration and record keeping

Supporting with room clearances and general housekeeping

Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming

About you:
You'll be friendly, reliable and confident dealing with people. Previous customer service, reception or administration experience is desirable.
