This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work, with the project expected to run for approximately 5 years.

The Role

You will act as the main point of contact between the contractor, site teams, housing association and tenants throughout the programme of works.

Responsibilities will include:

* Arranging access and appointments with tenants.

* Dealing with tenant queries, concerns and complaints professionally.

* Identifying vulnerable residents and escalating any concerns where appropriate.

* Maintaining accurate records of tenant contact and appointments.

* Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors.

* Monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback.

* Attending resident meetings and community engagement events where required.

* Supporting the site team in resolving issues that could delay the programme.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident dealing with tenants and resolving difficult or sensitive situations.
