Time Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 General Operatives for a well-established manufacturing business based in Leyland, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a busy production environment, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

The Role
Working on the paint line, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products move through the manufacturing cycle efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Loading products onto the paint line.
Unloading finished products from the paint line.
Safely handling materials throughout the production process.
Supporting production targets and operational efficiency.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Adhering to all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
Working effectively as part of a production team.
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work well within a team.
Essential Requirements
Due to the rotating shift pattern and limited public transport options during start and finish times, applicants must:
Hold a valid UK driving licence.
Have access to their own vehicle.
Be available to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.
Working Hours
Rotating Weekly Shifts
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Applicants must be able to work both shifts.
