We are seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join a supportive school team and provide high-quality teaching across a range of year groups. The Role
As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering classes across the school while class teachers have dedicated planning, preparation and assessment time. You will be expected to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons and create a positive learning environment for all pupils.
You will:
Teach across different year groups and curriculum areas.
Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.
Establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be:
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
An enthusiastic and committed classroom practitioner.
Confident teaching across different year groups.
Adaptable, organised and able to quickly build rapport with pupils.
Passionate about providing an engaging and inclusive learning experience.
A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
