School Administrator - Patrol & Student Support

Location: Prestwich, Manchester
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm
Pay: £17.50-£18.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced and confident School Administrator to join one of our schools in Prestwich, Manchester.

This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day running of the school, with a particular focus on patrol calls, student detentions and responding to radio communications.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responding promptly and professionally to radio calls from staff across the school.
Supporting with student patrols and behaviour-related incidents.
Coordinating and managing student detentions.
Using Bromcom to update student records, attendance and relevant information.
Communicating effectively with teaching and support staff.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is recorded appropriately.
Supporting the wider school administration team with general duties as required.
Remaining calm, professional and organised when dealing with busy or challenging situations.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous school administration or education experience.
Has experience using Bromcom or a similar school management system.
Is confident using a school radio system and responding to calls efficiently.
Can communicate confidently with students, teachers and senior staff.
Is calm and composed when dealing with challenging situations.
Is highly organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks.
Has a professional and approachable manner.
Understands the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality and student welfare.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP
