Days £13.20 ph - £19.81ph
Nights £16.51ph - £23.11ph
***Estimated weekly pay £633.00 based on 48 hrs***
The role
Deliver kitchens, bathrooms and tiles safely and efficiently to residential properties.
Work as part of a two-person delivery team, ensuring customers receive their orders in excellent condition.
Provide a polite and professional customer service, handling queries face-to-face and by phone.
Keep customers informed of estimated delivery times and any delays or issues.
Deliver stock safely to the customer’s room of choice, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
Complete pre-delivery checks to ensure all required stock is loaded correctly.
Accurately complete all required delivery documentation and paperwork.
Follow Health & Safety procedures, including dynamic risk assessments and safe working practices.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required.
Check the customer is satisfied with the delivery before leaving the property.
Ensure all returns and collections are completed accurately.
Work Tuesday to Saturday, averaging 10-hour shifts.
Requirements
You must have:
Be able to work Tuesday to Saturday
Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
Excellent customer service skills
No experience required, training provided
A reliable and professional approach
Able to provide a time critical delivery service in line with agreed targets
