Hygiene Operative - Monday to Friday
Location: Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, HU7, Hull
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.06-£14.06 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting experienced Hygiene Operatives to join our valued client, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, based in the HU7 area of Hull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hygiene experience who is looking for full-time, Monday-to-Friday work within a well-established food production environment.
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play an important role in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across the production facility.
Your Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Carrying out deep cleaning of production areas, machinery and equipment
Cleaning and sanitising machinery in line with site hygiene procedures
Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food safety
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Completing cleaning schedules and hygiene documentation accurately
Ensuring all assigned hygiene tasks are completed to the required standard
Working closely with the wider production and hygiene teams
Reporting any hygiene, equipment or safety concerns to your supervisor
What We're Looking For
Previous hygiene experience is essential for this position.
Ideally, you will also have:
Previous experience within food manufacturing or food production
Good knowledge of hygiene and cleaning procedures
Confidence working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual approach to work
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
6:30am-3:00pm
15:00-23:30
