Great opportunity to work as a Food Production Operative for one of the UK's largest citrus & grape specialists.
Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work in Alconbury.
The rates of pay are:
- Days £12.71 per hour
- Nights £13.00 per hour
Overtime is available and paid at:
- Days £15.89 per hour
- Nights £16.25 per hour
You will be working 12-hour shifts, the hours of work are:
Days - 7:30am to 7:30pm 4 days on and 4 days off
Nights - 7:30pm to 7:30am Sunday to Friday
You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
Transport is provided from Peterborough at 4 different locations for £8 per day to take you there and back.
Your Time at Work
As a Food Production Operative, your duties include:
- Trimming grapes
- Stacking
- Packing
- Feeding the line
There is some heavy lifting involved in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Food Production Operative has a good eye for detail and is happy to work in a fast-paced food preparation environment. You must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
This role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting of items weighing up to 20kg. Applicants should be physically capable of performing these duties safely and repeatedly throughout the working day. Full manual handling training will be provided.
