Picker & Packer

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a busy fulfilment operation based in Slough.

This is a hands-on warehouse position where accuracy and attention to detail are important. We are specifically looking for candidates who already have experience working within a warehouse, fulfilment, e-commerce or pick/pack environment.

The Role

Your duties will include:

Picking customer orders using a handheld scanner

*

Locating and selecting the correct products within the warehouse

*

Scanning and verifying items to ensure orders are accurate

*

Packing products securely and to the required standard

*

Using a computer system to process orders and print shipping labels

*

Labelling completed parcels ready for dispatch

*

Carrying out basic quality and accuracy checks

*

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

*

Previous warehouse picking and packing experience

*

Experience using handheld scanners or RF scanning equipment

*

Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately

*

Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems

*

Experience printing labels or processing orders would be advantageous

*

Good communication skills

*

A reliable work history and strong attendance

*

The ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
£12.71 per hour
