We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton.This is a temporary role offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
Working on hot and cold water systems
Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target times
Working in occupied and void domestic properties
Maintaining excellent customer service when dealing with tenantsWhat you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
