TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding OFSTED rated SEND school based in TN1. The school provides an inclusive and nurturing environment with excellent facilities, where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential through personalised learning and a supportive ethos.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teacher on a long-term basis from September. The successful SEND Teacher will teach pupils of a range of ages with additional needs, planning and delivering engaging lessons, leading the classroom with confidence, and working closely with support staff to provide outstanding educational outcomes.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:
QTS
Experience teaching children and young people with SEND
The ability to confidently lead a classroom and inspire learners
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
