We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy team working on a domestic social housing refurbishment project in the Rochdale area.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled painter looking for immediate work on a well-established contract.
Your new role

Internal painting and decorating of occupied and void social housing properties
Surface preparation including filling, sanding and making good
Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and communal areas
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing
Own tools and PPE
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
