An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a highly respected and well-established organisation based in Middlesbrough. Key Responsibilities
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Handling supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
Preparing payment runs
Ensuring transactions are processed in line with company procedures
Assisting with month-end accounts payable activities
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as requiredAbout You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
Experience using finance systems and Microsoft ExcelWhat's on Offer?
