Location: NG17 Huthwaite
Pay: £12.72 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm; Friday, 6:00am–1:30pm
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for a General Operative to join our team in the NG17 area.

This is a hands-on role working with metal, ideal for someone who is physically fit, reliable and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

The Role

Your duties will include:

* Working with metal and metal products

* Heavy lifting and manual handling

* Grinding excess/stray welding parts from metal

* General yard and production duties

* Working outdoors in various weather conditions

* Following health and safety procedures at all times

* Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Is physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

* Is reliable and has a good work ethic

* Is happy working outdoors

* Is comfortable working around metal, grinding and industrial equipment

* Can follow instructions and work safely

* Has a positive, hands-on attitude

* Previous experience in a similar role or working with metal would be an advantage, but is not essential

Working Hours & Pay

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
Friday: 6:00am–1:30pm
Pay: £12.72 per hour
