Securities & Derivatives Analyst
Location: Belfast, Titanic Quarter
Contract Type: Temporary, 12 Months, Hybrid 3 days in the office
Daily Rate: £250 via umbrella
Role Overview:
As a Securities & Derivatives Analyst, the successful candidate will engage daily with external clients, the Front Office trading and sales teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The primary focus will be on reconciling exception items and resolving issues at their root cause. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with all trade confirmation-related issues.
Maintain close liaison with internal businesses and stakeholders.
Raise and resolve issues and breaks in a timely, risk-conscious manner.
Produce accurate reporting statements for effective oversight of client accounts.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Understand and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Assist with client onboarding processes.What Our Client Needs from You:
Experience in a legal or financial services organisation is preferable.
Proven track record of delivering results in a challenging and changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
