Responsibilities:
As a School receptionist, your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and managing day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Signing in visitors and ensuring security protocols are followed
Sending out communication 📬
Taking and managing school registers
Answering emails and phone inquiries promptly 📞
Dealing with staff, pupil, and parent queries efficientlyEssential experience:
Must have a DBS on the update service
Previous recent experience in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
