Ourclient based in Paisley is looking for a Trades Supervisor tosupport a busy Estates team.
Your new role
You will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day building maintenance activities, managingcontractors and in-house trades staff.
Key duties include:
Managing planned and reactive maintenance works
Supervising maintenance teams and specialist contractors
Monitoring health & safety and statutory compliance
Supporting water hygiene and Legionella compliance programmes
Managing budgets, service performance and maintenance records
Responding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required
What you'll need to succeed
Experience managing maintenance services within a large estate, facilities or property environment
Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors
Good knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
