Job Responsibilities:

Repairs: Minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and appliance installation
Maintenance: Routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance
Other tasks: Assembling furniture, changing light bulbs, painting and decorating, clearing gutters, and maintaining property exteriors
