About the Role

Are you an Early Career Teacher looking for a school where you can build confidence, develop your teaching style and receive meaningful support during the first stages of your career?

Teach Now is working with a supportive Barnet primary school seeking an ECT to join its teaching team from September. The school has a collaborative approach to planning and places genuine importance on staff development, making this a strong opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to establish themselves in KS1 or KS2.

You will work alongside experienced parallel teachers, receive regular guidance and have access to structured mentoring and professional development.

Requirements

QTS achieved through an accredited UK teacher-training route.

Suitable for an Early Career Teacher completing their induction.

Secure understanding of the primary National Curriculum.

Strong lesson planning, assessment and classroom-management skills.

Commitment to providing inclusive and engaging learning.
