Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke Distribution Centre
Shift:12-hour shifts, (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)
Pattern: Two-week rolling shift:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Pay Rate: £15.42/hr
Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a daily planner.
Monitor the accuracy and completion of deliveries.
Administer delivery documentation during drivers' debrief.
Handle telephone enquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments.
Support additional administrative duties as required by the Transport Shift Manager and operations team.

Candidate Requirements:
Confident and capable communicator.
Strong administrative skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
Attention to detail with good time management.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Desirable but Not Essential:
Experience in a transport office.
Familiarity with Microlise.
