Chichester, PO19 1RQ | Full Time | £13.68 per hour

We are recruiting for a Payroll, Pensions & HR Administrator to join a busy team in Chichester.

You’ll support payroll and pensions administration, deal with queries from council and school staff, and ensure information is processed accurately and on time.

Previous pensions-sector experience is essential, along with good Excel and Word skills and excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Process payroll and pensions-related administration

* Respond to staff queries by telephone and email

* Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

* Handle sensitive queries professionally

About You

* Previous pensions experience – essential

* Payroll, HR or administration experience

* Good knowledge of Excel and Word

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* Confident working to deadlines

* Flexible, reliable and a good team player

Working Arrangements

Training will be fully office-based. Once trained, the usual arrangement is home working with one office day per week, currently Monday.

Additional office attendance will be required during the October 2026 IT-system implementation.
