Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 & Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Pay: £13.45 p/hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based near Haverhill. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a growing company.
This role would suit someone with previous factory, production or manufacturing experience who is looking for a hands-on role within a busy production environment.
Pay & Hours:
£13.45 p/hour, depending on experience
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00
Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
45 paid hours per week
All breaks paidFactory Operative Duties:
Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
Mixing powders and ingredients
Packing finished products
Following manufacturing instructions and recipes
Completing basic production and quality checks
Cleaning equipment and work areas
Reporting any faults or issues
Following HACCP, GMP and Health & Safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For:
Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience is essential
Food production experience would be beneficial but isn't essential
Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
Reliable, hardworking and looking for a long-term opportunity
