TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Swansea who are looking to appoint a School Administrator. The school is seeking an organised and approachable individual who can provide effective administrative support within a busy secondary school environment.
The School Administrator position is available across a range of contract types, with opportunities for short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time work.
The successful School Administrator will support with data entry, communications, phone calls and emails, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school office.
The successful School Administrator will have:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Experience working within a school setting is desirable but not essential
• Good data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence handling telephone calls and emails
• A professional, reliable and approachable attitude
