English Teacher (KS3-KS4)
Location: Stroud District
Contract: Full-time, temporary - September start for 1 month
Responsibilities: Full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking and assessment
A secondary school in the Stroud District is seeking a committed English Teacher to join them on a full-time basis from September, covering KS3 and KS4 classes. This is a one‑month assignment and will involve taking on full responsibilities, including planning, marking, and contributing to the wider English curriculum.
The ideal teacher will bring strong subject knowledge, confident classroom practice, and the ability to engage learners across a range of abilities. You'll be stepping into an established department, so adaptability and a calm, professional approach will be key.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
Ability to deliver high‑quality lessons and complete all planning and markingWhy Choose Us?
