These settings are committed to providing safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can thrive through play-based learning and high-quality early years education.
The nurseries are looking to recruit Nursery Assistants on both full-time and part-time temporary contracts, with opportunities for ongoing work. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across the early years, assisting with daily routines, encouraging learning through play and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for every child.
The successful Nursery Assistant will have:
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable
Experience working within a nursery, preschool, Cylch Meithrin or early years setting
Good understanding of child development and early years best practice
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
A positive, caring and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across a variety of settings
