Location: Wembley, HA9 0FJ
Contract: Temporary until December 2026

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join a busy Housing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests via phone, email, webchat and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to housing-related enquiries and complaints.
Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Update customer records and maintain databases.
Process service requests, payments and transactions.
Support customers with online and self-service options.
Work closely with colleagues and external partners.
Handle sensitive and challenging situations professionally.
Maintain accurate records and follow policies and procedures.What We're Looking For

Previous customer service and administration experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries.
Organised, accurate and customer-focused approach.
