DV cleared role - current active clearance is essential

Sole British national only - due to the nature of the project

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared DevOps Engineer to join a high-profile defence programme, supporting the delivery and operation of secure, mission-critical infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer with strong Linux administration skills and a solid DevOps background, working within highly secure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Build, automate and maintain secure Linux-based environments.
Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers and associated services.
Deploy and manage containerised applications.
Work closely with infrastructure, software and security teams to deliver resilient platforms.
Monitor, maintain and optimise system performance and availability.Essential Skills

Active DV Clearance.
Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
DevOps tooling including Jenkins, Git, GitLab or Azure DevOps.
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Bash and/or Python scripting.
Experience with version control (Git).
Knowledge of networking, system hardening and security best practices.
