HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist

Location: Fully Remote
A leading organisation undergoing a significant IT Service Management transformation is seeking an experienced HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist to join their programme team on an initial 6 month contract.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a HALO expert who can engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions and configure services within HALO ITSM. You will play a key role in delivering service improvements across multiple business departments.
The Role
As the HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist, you will be the go to expert for assigned departments, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective service designs within HALO.
You will lead workshops, configure workflows and service catalogues, support testing activities and drive successful delivery through to go live.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops
• Design and configure ITSM services within HALO
• Build workflows, forms, approval processes, automations and SLAs
• Configure and support integrations with other business systems
• Produce documentation and process maps
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and support issue resolution
• Support deployment and go live activities
• Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Essential Experience
• Strong hands on experience configuring and administering HALO ITSM
• Proven experience delivering ITSM implementations or service transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management processes
• Experience configuring workflows, service catalogues, forms, approvals and SLAs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience supporting UAT and production releases
Desirable Skills
• ITIL certification
• Experience delivering enterprise scale ITSM programmes
• Experience with system integrations and automation
• Previous experience working within complex multi department environments
