We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to work on a transformation initiatives across a Finance Shared Services function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic change, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing service performance across finance processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business change programmes, particularly within Finance Shared Services, or Finance Transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Experience in working on people, process, and organisational change aspects of finance transformation programmes.
Support the implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.
Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.
Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.
Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.
Required Experience
Significant experience as a Business Change Manager
Demonstrable experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
Strong understanding of finance processes, including - Payment Processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or management reporting.
Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.
Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
Desirable
Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation background.
Change Management certification.
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP) advantageous.
