Job Title: SEND Cover Supervisor

Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Competitive £130-£180 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We're working with brilliant specialist schools that support students of all ages with a range of complex learning needs, autism, and ADHD.
We're looking for a committed SEN Cover Supervisor to support specialist school settings where every child is given the opportunity to thrive.
About the role:
This role involves delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects, maintaining a calm and inclusive learning environment, and managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies. You'll work closely with SEN teachers and support staff to ensure learners feel safe, engaged, and understood.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in SEND or specialist school settings
HLTA qualification preferred and prioritised
Confidence in managing a classroom and supporting students with EHCPs
A calm, adaptable approach with strong behaviour management skills
An understanding of supporting pupils with autism, complex needs, or physical disabilities
A passion for inclusive education and promoting student independenceTo be eligible you must:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
