The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will deliver highly personalised learning that celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. You will join a committed and caring team dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils. This position is based in Walsall and offers a rewarding scope to broaden your SEN teaching experience in an environment where every child is valued.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, personalised lessons to meet individual EHCP outcomes
Support pupils with complex learning, physical and sensory needs
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and healthcare professionals
Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records
Promote independence, communication and confidence throughout the school day 

Skills and Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Minimum of 6 months' experience teaching pupils with SEN within a UK school
Experience differentiating learning to meet complex needs
Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months

Salary: £140 - £253 per day
