Java + AI (Python) Engineer

Job Description

Looking for senior cloud-native software engineers with 10+ years' engineering experience building modern enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidates will have strong engineering fundamentals across areas such as:
* Java and/or Python
* Cloud-native application development
* Kubernetes
* Microservices and APIs
* Event-driven architecture
* CI/CD and DevOps practices

Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications would be highly desirable, including areas such as LLM integration, RAG, AI orchestration or agent frameworks.

We're looking for engineers who are comfortable working as an engineer and work on development of products, following our technical direction, engineering standards and delivery approach, while contributing ideas and challenging where appropriate.

The emphasis is on building and engineering excellence rather than consulting / architect level of work.

The best fit would be:Java Full Stack + Cloud Native + Kubernetes + Kafka + AI Integration (RAG/Agentic AI)
