Planner - Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £17.84 per hour (Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join our client's team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and scheduling daily workloads and resources
Coordinating with internal teams, customers and suppliers
Monitoring schedules to ensure work is completed on time
Managing changes and responding to unexpected issues
Maintaining accurate records and updating planning systems
Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and business requirements
Communicating any delays or changes effectively
Supporting the wider team with general administrative and planning duties
Ensuring all work is planned efficiently and in line with company procedures

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Good attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
The ability to work effectively under pressure
A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
