Matt is the Founder of The CV & Interview Advisors and Incredibly Linked. He is considered to be a thought-leader in Personal Branding and is regularly engaged as a public speaker to deliver advice and guidance to global audiences on all things related to CV authoring, career advancement, LinkedIn, personal branding and thought leadership.

Matt started his career in sales and operations roles in the vehicle hire sector, moving into recruitment in 1999 and doing everything from junior contract recruitment through to senior level search. Matt subsequently headed-up several teams, operating at Senior Manager level.

In 2006, Matt took the plunge and set-up The CV & Interview Advisors which he has grown into a market-leading business with a global client base and partnerships with some of the UK and World's most illustrious associations and institutes.

As well as running multiple businesses, Matt spends his time researching and developing The CV & Interview Advisors and Incredibly Linked's intellectual property e.g. copywriting and coaching methodologies.
