Nicholas Tsappis is Global Head of Technology Business at SThree, where he leads global workforce solutions across large-scale technology programmes, including S/4HANA, AI and data delivery spanning 100+ countries. He built and scaled SThree's Technology division into its current global operation, and has spent more than 20 years building high-performing delivery and sales organisations across Europe, the US and Asia. His focus is on how enterprises translate technology strategy into compliant, at-scale execution — from contingent and project-based workforce models to full delivery teams. Nicholas holds a BASc in Business Computing from the University of Leeds, and has completed executive leadership programmes at Henley Business School and Vlerick Business School.
