Electrician - NG23, Newark
Location: NG23, Newark
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate: Around £27 per hour CIS (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team working across properties in the NG23, Newark area.
The successful candidate will be confident working in occupied properties as well as void properties and will have experience across a range of domestic electrical installations, including PV systems, air source heat pumps and full/partial rewires.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
* Work safely and professionally within occupied properties.
* Complete electrical works within void properties.
* Install and work on PV (solar) systems.
* Carry out electrical works associated with air source heat pump installations.
* Undertake full and partial rewires.
* Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
* Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers, tenants and other contractors.
* Complete relevant paperwork and certification accurately.

Requirements
* Gold Card qualified electrician standard.
* Proven experience working in domestic properties.
* Experience working in occupied and void properties.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* Asbestos Awareness certificate.
* Good understanding of health & safety and electrical compliance.
* Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
Rate & Hours
* £27 per hour CIS approximately - rate negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
* 37.5 hours per week.
