Astute is partnering with a renewable energy business in the anaerobic digestion sector who're looking for a Site Supervisor with a Telehandler licence on a 6 month contract to assist the CDM Construction Manager on a day to day basis.
The Site Supervisor / Foreman comes with a negotiable day rate and to be discussed upon application.
You must have a valid and in date Telehandler licence to be considered for the role.
Key skills
Maintain visible day to day site supervision, ensuring contractors comply with site rules, permits, RAMS, inductions and safe systems of work
Monitor site conditions, welfare, the access, cleanliness and delivery activity to the site
Support the Construction Manager with site inductions, permit monitoring and contractor briefings
Keep accurate logs of deliveries, plant checks, fire checks, visitor logs and additional works
Operate the Telehandler on a daily basis to move materials around the site and to, if required, assist with the feeding of the asset on the operational side of the plant
Identify and challenge any H&S breaches and take ownership of the situation
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Site Supervisor role
Negotiable hourly or daily rate, to be discussed
Immediate start for the right person
Contract until end of March 2027, potentially longer
