Key Stages: KS3 & KS4, Years 7-11As a Graduate TA, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support teaching, learning and student progress. Responsibilities include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group classroom support
Supporting learning, engagement and academic progress
Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
Supporting targeted interventions
Providing SEN/SEND support where required
Working with SEN, Inclusion and pastoral teams
Promoting positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environmentRequirements:Graduate Teaching Assistant - Ealing | Immediate Start
2:2 degree or higher in any subject
Experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching or employment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in education and teacher training
Reliable, enthusiastic and committed approach
Commitment to a full academic yearPrevious experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Tutor or Mentor is desirable but not essential.
