Search are seeking a Credit Controller to join a growing finance team on a 6 month contract in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
Collecting outstanding debt and reducing aged balances.
Resolving invoice and payment queries.
Recording payment commitments and maintaining accurate account records.
Building effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Supporting cash forecasting and escalating high-risk accounts where required. What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 year's experience in Credit Control or a similar position.
Proven ability to achieve collection targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good Excel skills and experience working with finance systems.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. This role will be working Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, which also offers great hybrid flexibility! The role will be looking for a salary of £27,000-£32,000.
