Location: Coventry
Hours: 25-35 hours per week
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our team in Coventry. This is a varied role responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across the building, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general building maintenance and repairs.
Undertake basic plumbing tasks such as replacing taps, fixing leaks, and unblocking sinks.
Assemble and install flat-pack furniture.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
Perform minor decorating and handyman duties as required.
Replace light fittings, bulbs, and carry out basic electrical maintenance where appropriate.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
