About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
* Contribute to planning activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children.
* Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity within the setting.
Essential Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
* Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the DBS Update Service
