Aspire People are currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who holds a relevant Level 2 qualification and has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting with classroom learning and differentiated activities
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
* Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Supporting phonics, Maths, English, and wider curriculum activities
* Working closely with class teachers and support staff
* Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a safe learning environment
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress where required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification
* Has more than 6 months of UK-based experience working within a school
* Has a good understanding of the primary school environment
* Is patient, reliable, and supportive
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Is confident supporting pupils with different needs and abilities
* Has a genuine commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
