Talentmark are recruiting for a Nutrition Strategy & Communications Manager to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is hybrid, based in Birmingham.

Salary: £28.37 to £35.47 per hour PAYE

Nutrition Strategy & Communications Manager Role:
Garner expert knowledge of the UK regulatory environment around food, drink, health and wellbeing interventions, including HFSS.
Track the changing external landscape and advise internal stakeholders on the opportunities and implications for the business.
Develop and support nutrition and wellbeing message and claim development for key brands, working with brand teams, consumer insights, regulatory affairs, nutrition research and legal, adapting global guidance for local context.
Provide marketing teams with nutrition-related support across packaging, advertising, websites and materials for healthcare professionals.
Support development of scientific communication materials for professional and consumer audiences, and support health influencer outreach and nutrition conference strategies.
Support internal nutrition and wellbeing education programmes to increase employee knowledge and awareness.
Your Background:
Minimum BSc (Hons) degree in Human Nutrition or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years' food industry experience, with robust expertise in human nutrition and awareness of the latest food and nutrition trends.
Strong communicator able to translate scientific knowledge into clear, credible messaging and deliver confident presentations.
Proven project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to work autonomously across cross-country and cross-category teams.
