About this contract

Site Manager - Cardiff (Nights & Days)

Site Manager required for an 8-week refurbishment and fit-out project in Cardiff, starting WC 7th September.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for running the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and providing regular progress reports. This is a detailed project with multiple stakeholders, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Previous refurbishment/fit-out experience
Strong reporting and programme management skills
Ability to manage day-to-day site operations independently
Location: Cardiff

Duration: 8 Weeks

Rate: £240 Per Day

Working Hours: 8 Hours a day (Nights for 2 weeks and then days for the remaining 4 weeks)
