Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher with QTS, EYTS, or a Level 6 Early Years qualification? Are you looking for a full-time role where you can become a valued part of one school community?

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Edgbaston seeking a Nursery Teacher to join its Early Years team for the academic year. For the right person, there is potential to be made permanent.

Your Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning that supports children's development and follows the EYFS framework.
Create a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing nursery environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to learn.
Observe and assess children's development, using your findings to plan suitable activities and appropriate next steps.
Support children's communication, independence and early learning skills through purposeful play and positive interactions.
Work closely with Early Years support staff, parents and senior leaders to promote children's progress and wellbeing.What We're Looking For:

QTS, EYTS, or a relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification.
Recent experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to support children's development.
A warm, confident and child-centred approach, with a genuine passion for Early Years education.Why Work with Long Term Futures?
