JIB Gold Card Electrician – Solar Farm Commissioning – Immediate Start
We are currently looking for an experienced JIB Gold Card Electrician to join a solar farm project for the commissioning of a 26MW solar farm.
This is an immediate requirement, and applicants must be available to start straight away.
Duties will include:
* Attending site to support the commissioning of a 26MW solar farm.
* Reviewing and signing off DC string testing.
* Reviewing and signing off IV curve test results.
* Reviewing and signing off Riso (insulation resistance) test results.
* Completing all relevant testing documentation.
* Managing and signing off testing associated with 56 inverters.
* Ensuring all testing and commissioning documentation is completed accurately and in line with project requirements.
Essential Requirements:
* Valid JIB Gold Card – essential.
* Previous electrical testing and commissioning experience.
* Experience working on solar farms or large-scale renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
* Ability to review, verify and sign off electrical test results and associated documentation.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport.
* Must be available to start immediately.
