Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Southwest London.

In this role, you will deliver a proactive housing management service, supporting older residents to maintain safe, secure and sustainable tenancies.

Duties:

Manage tenancies and take appropriate enforcement action.
Support vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies.
Inspect homes and communal areas and follow up on issues.
Manage voids, lettings, contractors and resident engagement.Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in tenancy and housing management.
Experience supporting vulnerable or older residents.
Experience conducting property and estate inspections.
Experience managing voids, lettings and tenancy enforcement.What's on offer:

Salary: £30ph+

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 5-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
