About this contract

Machine Operator 

Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous roll forming and CNC machine operating experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position.

The Role

Operating roll forming machinery safely and efficiently.
Setting up and running CNC machinery.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating roll forming machines.
CNC machine operating experience is essential.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A reliable and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay & Benefits

Unsocial hours paid at 1.25x.
Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x.
Sunday overtime paid at 2x.
No shift allowance.
Early finish every Friday.
