Chigwell & Surrounding Areas

We're looking for dedicated SEN Learning Mentors to support pupils with additional needs in specialist and mainstream school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people succeed while gaining valuable experience for future careers in education, psychology, therapy, or youth support. SEN Learning Mentor Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, engagement, and personal development
Promoting emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage progress and achievementSEN Learning Mentor Requirements:

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Experience supporting SEN, SEMH, Autism or behavioural needs is advantageous
