Overview: We are seeking an experienced Information & Knowledge Management Specialist to help establish and govern information and knowledge management practices within a highly regulated environment. You'll work closely with business, digital, and compliance teams to ensure information is managed securely, consistently, and in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain information governance policies and knowledge management best practices.
Support document and contract management processes, governance, and lifecycle management.
Promote effective information classification, retention, archiving, and disposal.
Improve the use of document repositories, metadata, version control, and information traceability.
Collaborate with digital, data, and compliance teams to embed knowledge management into business processes.
Deliver guidance and training on information management tools and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

Develop and maintain information governance policies and knowledge management best practices.

Desirable

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Experience with SharePoint or other enterprise document management platforms.
Experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Government, or other regulated industries.
